The Avana Minnetonka apartment complex was looking to update their community and work areas into a warm, inviting space for their residents and staff. Step into the newly renovated, nature-inspired retreat.
We worked with 10k Architecture to bring to life this tranquil design, elevating the way of working for their leasing office and bringing culture to their community spaces. The updated Leasing Office, Clubhouse and Billiard Room have serene accents and uniquely crafted details around every corner. The community spaces include places for gathering, lounging, and working, all finished with high-end fabrics to stand the test of time.
