Harper Apartments, a modern community in the bustling Union Park neighborhood of Saint Paul, wanted to update their lobby seating, add multiple lounge areas, and make their gathering spaces more inviting for their residents and the rest of the community. We selected pieces that emanated the charming, historic style of the area, while maintaining their luxury apartment aesthetic with modern touches and pops of color. They also added a co-working space, flex offices, and conference room to their first floor design as a selling point for people who work from home or want to rent the co-working space. The whole floor flows seamlessly with each section having its own unique, but complementary style, and all of the pieces have high-end finishes that will last.
